  • Overcome Obstacles: There are always obstacles in life, but you can overcome them with a sense of community and support. This community and support helps you to create the new habit of painting in just a few minutes each day. This new habit turns the ‘unfamiliar’ (not painting) into the familiar (painting each day). No matter what happens in life, you will learn that you always have 5 minutes to sketch out an idea or pull out an index card for a painting doodle!

  • Expand and Grow: I’ve witnessed it a thousand times, when people are scared, insecure or don’t feel their skills are good enough, and join a class of mine, (because I truly see the creative in everyone) how much the class becomes an easy pathway to start painting and creating. You expand and grow in supportive and nurturing Community because it supports you to do so!
